Holland is a native of Central California, where he spent the first 21 years of his life. He moved to Colorado in 2012 with the intention of staying only long enough to complete his undergraduate studies. As fate turns out, he met his wife, McKayla, and they decided to stay in Colorado. Holland now provides acupuncture and fire cupping therapy as part of a whole-body approach to healing.

Holland is an alumni of Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemplative Psychology. He later received a Master’s of Acupuncture from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, Colorado. Holland is nationally certified by the NCCAOM, a Diplomat of Acupuncture, and is licensed to work in the state of Colorado. For six years, Holland worked for a non-profit mental health organization and a mental health crisis center. He believes in normalizing conversations about mental illness, because removing the stigma allows access to the help we need. Holland specializes in treating Orthopedics (physical trauma, pain, postural misalignment, joint replacement recovery, and chronic pain) and Neurology (stress and anxiety conditions, PTSD, migraines/headaches, neuropathy, and stroke and traumatic brain injury recovery). Holland is available to assist you with pain management, cosmetic concerns, headaches, mental health concerns, osteoarthritis, digestive concerns, sports injury recovery, and upper back/neck pain.

Holland’s approach brings the best of both Eastern medicine and Western medical research together for better health care. His acupuncture style reflects the knowledge of the delicate energetics as well as the neuroanatomical and neurophysiological aspects of the body.

Holland currently lives in Kersey, CO with his wife and their two dogs, Gertie and Koda. When not practicing acupuncture, he likes to spend his time hiking, meditating, snowboarding, or doing yoga.
